· how to design and implement your own stress management program
· how to conduct behavioral nutrition assessments
· how to teach scientifically effective stress management techniques
· how to build, grow and maintain a client base
· how to customize self-care programs for anyone
At the end of this class you will have a minimum of 5 paying clients, you will have experience teaching online, facilitating effective stress management techniques, creating assessments to measure client progress, and a 40-page manual you have written in the area of self-care.
