You are invited to attend an easy 4-Week Mind Body Program:
"LivingSMART-Stress Management And Relaxation Training Program for Women.”
The purpose of this 4-week series is to teach new moms easy ways to balance the many changes that follow after the baby is born.
LivingSMART is an innovative Internet-based and Direct Contact Program. Meet other new moms, share your experiences, and have some "me" time.
This does not have to be your first pregnancy to participate. You do not have to be stressed to attend this program.
You are eligible to participate in this program if you are:
· 18 years of age or older
· Will give birth in the next four weeks
· Are currently in the postpartum period (first six weeks after delivery)
· Have internet access in your home
· Can meet 1 hour a week for four consecutive weeks
Learn visual imagery, meditation, breathing techniques and methods of relaxation from the comfort and convenience of your home or through our face to face program.

We are also running the LivingSMART Project Across the Nation. It's a little different from our local program. If you know someone who doesn't live in Phoenix and you think they would benefit from a class in self-care here's how you can help:
